Heather “Grey” Gram-Chavez is a DFW native, born and raised in Grand Prairie, Texas. She attended Southern Methodist University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Psychology, with Honors in Liberal Arts. She received her J.D. from Texas A&M University School of Law in 2014.
Prior to joining the office, Heather spent nearly 8 years representing banks and mortgage companies in federal Bankruptcy Courts. She is admitted to practice in all federal districts of Texas and received her license to practice in Colorado in 2018. She has managed large bankruptcy caseloads for firms in many jurisdictions, including various states from the south and northeastern regions of the U.S., which helped her develop a flexible and “outside the box” perspective when handling resolutions.
Let Heather utilize her meticulous and creative mindset to get you justice.
She currently sits on several committees for the Dallas Bar Association, including the Peer Assistance Committee, and spends significant time developing programs and networking opportunities for pre-law students at the University of Texas at Dallas. She enjoys judging mock trial and moot court tournaments, as well as practices, at the collegiate level.
The first case Heather and Michael worked together set them on opposite sides of the table. She initially represented her client pro bono to assist a friend. Heather represented her friend as Defense Counsel while Michael was Counsel for the Plaintiff.
Until that case, Heather and Michael had never met. Though the case had several other Defendants, Heather’s and Michael’s clients both emerged made whole and with their legal fees paid by all the other defendants.
Heather and Michael realized they shared a common zeal for law and justice, which led them to working together, representing people like you.
